Before your initial session, you will talk with Asher to determine which clinician at Infinite Possibilities Counseling (IPC) is the best fit for you and your needs. Your clinician would then like to speak with you via telephone for a 15-20 minute consultation. During this consultation, you may ask any questions you have and briefly discuss why you are seeking therapy. If both you and your clinician feel comfortable working together, the first session will be scheduled.

Please note: Infinite Possibilities Counseling only provides telehealth therapy via phone and video. No in person sessions are being held at this time. 


First Session

During the first session, you will meet with your clinician, become comfortable with the office, review the required paperwork, and have an in-depth disscussion about your goals and reasons for seeking counseling. 

To make the most of your first session, your clincian will email you the necessary forms for you to bring completed to your first session. 


Counseling Session Fees 

Payment is due at the time of service via cash, check, HSA or credit card.  We do not accept any insurances at this time. We cannot accept clients who are on Medicaid. 

Each standard 45 minute session with Asher is $195, any 75- or 90-minute session will be prorated accordingly.

Each clinician has their own fee structure. If you need a lower cost clinician, please inquire. We may have a clinician to meet your needs.

At IPC, we strongly believe in social justice and we have a commitment to people being able to access care. Because of this, IPC offers a certian number of partial scholarships to those unable to afford full fee services. Scholarships are available at different levels based on household need and scholarships available at the time. 

Asher is also willing to travel to your home for sessions. Please inquire about home visits and additional fee for travel compensation.


Online, International, and Long Distance Sessions

Please contact Asher if you're interested in an online session (IPC uses HIPAA compliant online teleheath modalities). Asher and the clincians at IPC work with many regional and international clients. 



Prior to your first session, your therapist will email you the forms you will need to complete and bring with you to your first session. 


Cancellation Policy

Therapy is a shared commitment. In order to honor our scheduled meeting time, clients are asked to give at least 48-hours notice when cancelling a session. If a session must be cancelled within 48 hours, full payment will be collected for the missed session.


Good Faith Estimate Notice

You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who do not have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
